Upcoming Youth Heart Screening: Protecting Our Community’s Future

Join Us October 3 for Lifesaving Heart Health Checks

The Kyle J Taylor Foundation is proud to host a Youth Heart Screening event on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 10 AM to 3 PM at San Ramon Valley High School. This screening is open to youth ages 12–25 and is designed to detect hidden heart conditions that standard well-child exams and sports physicals often miss

Each screening takes just 45 minutes and includes a cardiac risk assessment, EKG, and a doctor review. The process is noninvasive and painless, making it easy for participants to safeguard their health. With 23,000 U.S. youth affected by Sudden Cardiac Arrest every year and 1 in 300 having an undetected heart condition, this event offers a vital opportunity to protect our young people.

The screening is a collaborative effort by SRVUSD, City of San Ramon, Town of Danville, San Ramon Fire Protection District, and Contra Costa County. Don’t miss this chance to take proactive steps for your child’s well-being—register today and help us build a healthier, safer community!

We need volunteers for this event!
